Karl joined the Mt. Beautiful team as National Sales Manager in August 2018. Born and raised in Los Angeles, he continues to call LA home where he lives with his wife and son. For a 10 year stint, Karl lived in Las Vegas where he completed his bachelor’s degree and found his start in wine industry. Prior appointments include working with Southern Wine & Spirits NV, Allied Domecq Wine, Terroir, Sogrape and Cline Cellars where he created a national campaign with the Cashmere label that raised money for breast cancer research . Karl has also worked in the restaurant and hotel industries but he’s a self-proclaimed “wine biz lifer” who is wholly dedicated to continuing his professional path in wine. When asked what his favorite part of working with Mt. Beautiful has been thus far, he responded “I love working with the team that we have in place and am thoroughly enjoying working in all of the major markets in the US. It is a joy to sell wines of this quality.“ When not working, you might find him enjoying the beach with his family, in the mountains snowboarding, doing yoga, watching a Lakers or Dodgers game, cycling, or perhaps making the family a nice home cooked meal while enjoying a favorite record or CD.
